Home Chest and Triceps workout My girlfriend didn't make it to the gym yesterday, so wanted to train when she got home. It was a chest and triceps day for her so using a set of press up bars and a resistance tube with door attachment I came up with this session for her: Superset 1 - 3 sets to a tempo of 1 sec for concentric movement and 4 seconds for eccentric movement: Standing chest press x 10 Standing fly x 10 Superset 2 - 3 sets to a tempo of 1 sec for concentric movement and 4 seconds for eccentric movement: Deep press up on bars x 10 Kneeling triceps press x 10 Superset 3 - 3 sets to a tempo of 1 sec for concentric movement and 4 seconds for eccentric movement: Dips using edge of sofa x 10 Triceps kickback x 10 Who says you can't train effectively at home!
